Construction of residential and non-residential buildings
The company operates as a general contractor of residential and nonresidential buildings, and other commercial and institutional buildings. With registered head office located in Torremolinos, Spain, the company was founded in 1988, with the aim of improving the existing infrastructure in the province, primarily devoted to civil works. The company is involved in the following activities: planning and designing of industrial buildings and structures by applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning regulations, building codes, and building materials; demolition or wrecking of buildings and other infrastructures; joinery installation; painting and glazing; and setting up of roof covering and frames. Moreover, the company also provides refurbishment and maintenance services to its customers.
